Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if the item(s) are unworn and undamaged. We allow returns up to 15 days  and exchanges up to 30 days from delivery. Products can be returned for a refund minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee, up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
Please note, sale items are final and are not eligible for return. Sale items include items purchased with a discount of 15% or more and are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear; we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.

How to exchange items: 

Simply initiate an exchange via email to info@blissandwild.com and include your name and order number. Once your exchange is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and exchange address via email.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once your items are approved by the returns team, you will receive a store credit notification to your email, typically within 3-5 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Shipping insurance can be added for all purchases. Please email us at info@blissandwild.com if you would like insurance to be added to your order, and we can invoice you for the amount. Insurance covers if the order is lost in transit. If insurance is not added to the order, the customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer's and carrier’s responsibility.
